Description: The Naval Air Systems Command Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole-source, cost plus fixed fee follow-on contract modification under contract N00019-01-C-0095 with Northrop Grumman Defense Mission (NGMS) System, San Pedro, CA for Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), for Army Situation Awareness and Symbology Enhancements. As the JMPS developer, NGMS possesses the requisite knowledge of the JMPS design, operation and maintenance to meet the Navy's immediate requirements. Note 22 applies
