Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is looking for a COTS (Commercial of the Shelf) Push Communications product that will enable the agency to deliver time sensitive interactive non-intrusive flash displays onto over 100,000 Microsoft Windows desktops regardless of the current application in use without taking control away from the system. SSA should have the ability to configure the look and behavior of these notifications. Interested vendors must be able to provide verifiable proof by submitting information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to meet the Agency?s requirement. Vendors should provide the names and contact information of customers. References will be checked. Vendors responding should indicate whether their services are available on the GSA schedule. Pricing data must be submitted. This is not a request for proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in SSA?s assessment of capable sources. Responses to this notice should be submitted in duplicate with 15 days of this publication. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged.
