Description

The VA Network Business Center, Long Beach, California intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is being set-aside for small business. The NAICS Codes is 492110 and small business size is 1,500 employees. The Contract period shall be for a base year with two options year periods. The Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System has requirement for a courier service. These services shall include, but not limited to pickup of the following items: (a.) Blood Samples (b) Medical Records (c) mail (d) Medications (e) x-ray film for various clinics throughout the Las Vegas area and Pahrump. Solicitation will be available on or about 7/2/04 with proposals due on or about 7/22/04. The VA Network Business Center shall issue the solicitation electronically. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing when requesting hard copy. Request via facsimile to (562) 826-8067 will be accepted. The RFQ number 600-680-04 must be cited on the request. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-JUN-2004).
