- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following items: CLIN 0001, 6 EA, Voltmaster 13Kw Generator, SKU VMPR-013D003; CLIN 0002, 6 EA, Wheel Kit (VM2744); CLIN 0003, 20 EA, Air Filter (LR130EL) AF; CLIN 0004, 20 EA, Oil Filter (LR130EL) OL; CLIN 0005, 20 EA, Fuel Filter (LR130EL) FF; CLIN 0006, Shipping Charges. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees and the NAICS Code is 335312. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
