Description

Services, Non-personal: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, personnel, transportation and equipment to perform all operations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for Sharps and Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal at David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB, CA. Request for Proposal Number FA4427-04-T-0010 will only be electronically available via the Electronic Procurement System (www.eps.gov) on or about 16 Aug 04. The contract shall encompass one (1) basic year period with four (4) one (1) year option periods. No telephone requests will be honored. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 562211. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 4953.
