Description: This is a notice of intent to publish a request for proposal for an upcoming competitive contract for Condoms. Multiple awards may be made under this RFP. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has a requirement for a Basic Quantity of 201,000,000 Natural Rubber Latex Male Condoms for delivery from January 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005, with three one-year options that will extend the contract through December 31, 2007 and provide up to 600,000,000 additional condoms. In accordance with the Buy America Initiative, the authorized source/origin code for the project is 000.
