DESCRIPTION: MULTIPLE NSNS: SWITCH, SENSITIVE, 5930-00-764-9763, Approved Source: (91929)P/N: 4CE7 AND (0AZ22) P/N: BLN-SW-1. Various increments solicited 25-39, 40-49, 50-74, 75-99, 100-124. There is no surge requirement. Also NSN: 5930-01-109-7961, Approved sources (91929) P/N: 1EN370 and (60198) P/N: ML-1194 IAW (19207) 12307184. Various increments solicited 100-149, 150-199, 200-249, 250-299, 300-399. The surge requirement are 52 ea within 30,60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 days. There are no drawings/specification available. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Delivery for NSN 5930-00-764-9763 is to be 25 ea. within 120 days, with 25ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. Delivery for NSN 5930-01-109-7961 is 100 within 120 days, with 100 ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed two (2) years. Indefinite Quantity contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic/365 days), 1 ? one year options (365 days).
