The contractor shall provide services for VTC equipment such as hardware and software and, if applicable, initial installation, training and one year maintenance agreement which apply for each system. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror w hose proposal represents the Lowest Price to the Government and meets all the criteria in the statement of work.
