Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to (1) test a web-based application for identifying and classifying roads and trails at a military installation based on their potential contribution to sedimentation wit hin watersheds at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, and (2) model the effects of roads and trails on sedimentation and deposition rates within a watershed affected by the presence of a Multipurpose Range Complex (MPRC) at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The period of ser vice will be no later than 30 December 2004. This is a sole source to Information Systems for Education and Environment (ISEE) due to proprietary rights and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Request for W9132T-04-T-0164 will be issued on or about 25 August 2004 with a closing date of 3 September 2004.
