Description

This requirement is to identify businesses that have the capability and experience to provide cytogenetics specimen testing. Walter Reed Army Medical Center estimates the following annual usage of these specific tests: Chromosome Analysis Bone Marr ow, Genzyme Product code #130, estimated quantity 300; Chromosome Analysis Lymph Node, Solid Tumor, Genzyme Product # 170/171, estimated quantity 12; Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Panel, Genzyme Product Code #466, estimated quantity 180; B/T Cell Gene Rearrangements PCR, Genzyme Product Code #480/481, estimated quantity 24; BCR/ABL PCR Bone Marrow Genzyme Product Code #156, estimated quantity 24. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511. . T his requirement, W91YTZ-04-T-0136 is for one base year and four option years. Walter Reed Army Medical Center is located at 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to receive an award. Furthermore all interested parties must meet all regulatory requirements, i.e. CAP certification, CLIA certification, and FDA licensure.
