- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure Airborne Solid State Recorders for simultaneous audio/video/databus recording and ancillary equipment as required by the Operational Test and Evaluation Force in Norfolk, Virginia on a sole-source basis with ENERTEC America, 100 Deerfield Point, Alpharetta, GA 30004. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The delivery date will be within 40 weeks from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing). Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, Airborne Solid State Recorder, part number VS2200, 4 each; CLIN 0002, 200 GB Removable Hard Drive Memory Cartridge, part number DC2200, 4 each; CLIN 0003, Suspended Mounting Tray for VS2200 Helicopter Horizontal Mount, part number CA 5220-20, 4 each; CLIN 0004, Ground Video/Data Replay Station, part number VS2300-5, 1 each; CLIN 0005, Software License for MIL-STD-1553B, part number VL2750, 1 each; CLIN 0006, Raytheon TSCxp Wide FOV Infrared Cameras, part number 4978520-009, 5 each; and CLIN 0007, Sony Analog Color Cameras, part number XC-555, 15 each. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http: www.fedbizopps.gov as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Note 22 applies.
