Description: Reduced funding availability necessitates the deletion of all option requirements identified in the IFB, specifications and drawings; therefore, line items 02, 03 and 04 are cancelled in their entirety. The base bid requirement for HVAC upgrade for 5,100 (+/-) sq.ft. of space remains unchanged as noted in Sections B, C, specifications and drawings. This change reduces the estimate price range for the project to $250,000 to $500,000 and reduces the time for completion to 210 days after notice to proceed. Sections F.3 which incorporates clause 52.217-7 and M.2 which incorporates 52.217-5 are deleted in their entirety.
