- NOAA's Marine Operations Center - Pacific has a requirement to provide all supervision, material and labor necessary for dry dock repairs to the NOAA Vessel OSCAR ELTON SETTE. All work is to be performed at the successful contractor's facility. Performance period to commence approximately 24 October 2004 and complete 08 January 2005. Basic work includes: Drydocking, paint underwater body, Install Low Suction for Seawater Delivery System, Change ADCP Transducer, Modify Stateroom 01-28-1L and 01-20-1L, Modify Anchor Stowage, Clean Ship's Ventilation System, Replace 4-60-1F Vent Pipe Repair Aft Conning Station. Vessel particulars are: Breadth 43 ft, Draft 15ft, Displacement 2301 tons, The Invitation for Bid will be issued approximately 31 August 2004.
