Description

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to upgrade the medical gas equipment and piping systems for the Medical Center. This project consists of mostly mechanical and electrical work. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and plans provided to meet NFPA 99 2002. The completion time for this procurement is 120 days. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code is 235110. The estimated cost range is between $100,000. - $250,000. The tentative issue date is 8-13-04. All requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing along with a non-refundable check in the amount of $25.00. Make check payable to: VAMC ? Agent Cashier. A walk thru will conducted on 9-1-04. The Bid Opening date is 9-10-04. This solicitation cannot be downloaded from the Internet.
