Description

The Carl T. Hayden VAMC, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide pre-sorting mail processing services. Contract period shall be for a base year with four additional option years, subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561499, size standard of $6 million is applicable to this acquisition. The solicitation shall be made available on or about August 17, 2004 with a due date of September 14, 2004, by 3:00 p.m. local time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
