Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Provation Medical Inc., 800 Washington Avenue North, Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN 55401 to provide software and hardward support for the cMore System in compliance with our proprietary software. This procurement will be a commercial item request for quotation under FAR Part 12 and 6.302. The authority cited and justification based on the determination that the Government's minimum requirement can best be satisfied by services available from one source. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 10, 2004. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining weather or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received on or before September 10, 2004, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication and responses received after September 10, 2004 will not be accepted.
