Description

Automotive type filters for non GSA vehicles, material hnadling equipment, commercial construction equipment, support equipment (compressors, generators, pumps, etc.) and locomotive for a Base Year and 4 Option Years. The Government will provide a s preadsheet of all filter numbers, types and styles, as well as estimated annual minimum and maximum quantities that the vendor will be required to provide. Filters quoted by vendor will be equal to or better than filter part numbers listed on the spreadsh eet. The Government will add additional filters, not included on the spreadsheet, to the contract on an as identified, as needed basis, The vendors will deliver filters to Anniston Army Depot, Bldg 55 or 4, within three (3) working days from time of not ification by Directorate of Contracting (DOC) specified personnel. North American Industry Classification System Code is 336399. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopie s will not be provided. This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following add ress via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 20 Aug 2004. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder??????s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
