Description

U.S. Army Medical Researchy Acquisition Activity, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Quest Software, Inc. to support mission critical network operating and messaging system world wide, to include but not limited to the U.S. Army Medical Command Network Operating and Messaging System (NOS/EM) utilizing MS Windows & Exchange to include maintenance and increase in number of software licenses. Retaining Quest Software for this project is critical to the successful implementation and deployment of the consolidated messaging centers. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible busin esses prior to close of business on 20 August 2004 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
