- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure two (2) each custom made emergency tow system kits consisting of main tow lines, bridles, pickup lines, strobe lighted buoy and deck boxes. Complete specifications will be provided with the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation number is N00181-04-Q-0606. The applicable NAICS classification is 332618 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Important Notice: DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov.
