Description

This amendment hereby changes the verbage to read: Strongest consideration will be given to the offeror whose quote offers an ACV Measurement with an accuarcy of less than 50 ppm, 1 yr. NIST shall measure a 1 V, 1000 Hz, voltage signal, with the same instrument set on a different range, and be accurate to within 50 microvolts with respect to traceable standard. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-AUG-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
