- NSN 3120-01-041-7130, RF042010020000, Bearing, Plain, Rod End. Configuration control item to Grumman Aerospace Corp. (cage 26512), Dwg. #GB525BK, Rev. B, P/N GB525BK4W. Approved sources: New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Astro Div. (15860) & Sargent Controls & Aerospace, Kahr Bearing Div. (97613). Item approval by design control activity applies. 1st article/preproduction Gov. testing & approval required in order to insure conformance to dwg. specs. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. Estimated annual quantity is 668 EA with an annual guaranteed minimum of 167 EA. Surge is applicable. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B02. Delivery is 99 DARO. Other than full & open competition. Unrestricted. Deliveries estimated to be split approximately 39% to CA, 20% to PA, 32% to GA, and 9% to VA. AVBS applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be September 20, 2004.
