- NSN 3120-01-325-4290, RF041900030000, Bushing, Plastic. Sole source item to CFM Intl. (cage 58828), P/N 649-412-056-0. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN, which is a critical application item. Do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. Estimated annual quantity is 2,324 EA with an annual guaranteed minimum of 581 EA. Surge is not applicable. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at destination. QAP-B01. Delivery is 66 DARO. Other than full & open competition. Unrestricted. Deliveries expected to go 71% to PA, 25% to CA, and 4% to GA. AVBS applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is expected to be September 15, 2004.
