Description

46 each UHF handheld protable radios, Model XTS 5000 Model II UHF 380-470 MHz. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Motorola Inc. 7230 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD 21076, per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Destination: Silverdale, WA 98315. Delivery schedule: 60 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
