Description

Indefinite quantity construction term contract for general repairs and alterations to Government-owned and leased facilities in Mercer County and Camden County, NJ and surrounding areas. For copies of the solicitation or it's amendment please contact SUSAN RICHARDSON by email at susan.richardson@gsa.gov or you can telephone your request to (856) 757-5374. The solicitation has been amended to make additions and clarifications - Amendment 0001. The date specified for receipt of offers under this solicitation is extended to August 31, 2004, the time remains at 2:00 pm local time in Camden, NJ. The amendment includes the meeting agenda from the pre-proposal meeting. Questions regarding the technical requirements enclosed in the solicitation have been answered in the amendment. Amendment states that Bid bonds are not required in response to this solicitation. Corrected bid sheet is included in the amendment. Clarification regarding the method of proposal assessment is included. Amendment was mailed to current interested parties by regular mail on Aug 13, 2004.
