Description

A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for Friday, August 20, 2004., commencing at 11:00 A.M. at the U.S. Department of the Interior, 1849 C St., NW, Washington, D.C. Conference will be held in one of the assigned conference rooms. An escort to the conference room will greet all prospective offerors at the Main Entrance. All participants must have a picture ID to gain access to the building and will be required to sign in for the conference at the Security Desk. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
