B-L (Terex) Pegson Portable Crushing Plant, 428 Tracpactor (OR EQUAL)Unit Must Include the Following:28? X 42? Impact Crusher with Manganese Hammers, Heavy Duty Chassis and Track Frame,Self Cleaning Grizzly with under Screen, Remote Control Operation, Two-Way Direct Chute, Skirted Conveyor with ?RIP STOP? Belt, Dust Suppression Sprays, Dirt Conveyor and Magnetic Separator. UNIT MUST BE CAPABLE OF CRUSHING 250 TONS PER HOURS OR GREATER. EQUIPMENT MUST BE ON SITE BY 9/7/04.RELIABILITY AND PERFORMANCE ARE EXTREMELY CRITICAL PLANT WILL BE OPERATIONAL 24 HOURS PER DAY AND MUST PRODUCE APPROXIMATELY 200,000 TONS OF MATERIAL IN A RELATIVELY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. IF EQUIPMENT IS ?OR EQUAL? WE MUST BE ABLE TO WITNESS SAID PLANT IN OPERATION TO VERIFY IT WILL MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS.UNIT MUST BE FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH (Terex) Turbo Chieftain 1400 Power Screen and Powerscreen M85 Powerstacker OR EQUAL.
