- This synopsis is cancelled and will be resolicited under subject solicitation number FA8104-04-R-0312. NSN: 2840-01-191-1936PR; NOUN: VANE SECTOR, S2; P/N: 1276M96P02. Item Description: 3 Vane Segment Approximately 10.400 inches long & approximately 5.698 inches wide at outer band and tapering to approximately 3.109 inches at inner band and approximately 1.637 inches thick. Material: Rene 80. Function: Converts gas energy in the form of static pressure into gas energy in the form of velocity to direct gas flow onto the turbine blades. Applicable to: F110/F118. Quantity: 1108 each. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. Delivery: 31 January 2005. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. First Article Government Test Required. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 07 July 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 06 August 2004. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from www.fedbizops.gov. No telephone requests. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office.
