***ATTENTION***CONTACT CONTRACT SPECIALIST, SHERRI BROWN, OR CONTRACTING OFFICER, CASTENE BASHAM , AMSAM-AC-LS-C, EMAIL CASTENE.BASHAM @REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX4F0378AXAX, NSN: 2925-01-122-7527, PN: 3500439-2, Quantity: 200 each, with two 100% options, applicable to the UH-60, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The Required delivery is 200 each, 281 days after contract award (DACA). This it em is restricted to Honeywell International Inc. Cage 59364, and will be solicited from Honeywell International Inc. Cage 02LU7, because, the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to co mpete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
