Description

15 Mile Bayou, Channel Enlargement, West Memphis, AR & Vicinity, Item 1, St. Francis and Crittenden Counties, Arkansas The work consists of clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposal of material therefrom; furnishing and placi ng of filter material and riprap; the installation of 24-inch, corrugated metal pipe; the installation of a 24-inch, flared end section; turfing; and environmental protection. The estimated cost range of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not domina te in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had an average annual sales receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solic itation are classified under NAICS code 237990. Solicitation will issue on or about 20 Aug 2004 and bid opening will be on or about 21 Sept 2004.
