Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 09/01//04. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 235610. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitations and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. The work under this contract includes general construction associated with replacement of all cooper valley and stepped flashing; replace 2 wood double hung windows & trim; replace slate shingles; repoint brick chimney mortar joints; replace and paint wood eave cornice trim; and replace copper gutters, missing conductor heads and downspouts. The location of the work to be performed is Gateway National Recreation Area, Jamaica Bay Unit, Bldg. 1, Hann Road, Fort Tilden, Queens, NY.
