- This is a combined synopsis-/-solicitation for a SOLE SOURCE (FAR) 13.501 for a commercial item/service prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, . The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-04-T-0874. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2000.17.and DFAR Change Notices. This solicitation is issued on a unrestricted basis, under Standard Industrial Code 3841 NAICS CODE IS 334576 FISC San Diego has a requirement for a the vendor to provide a Tecan Profiblot IIT,a GeneAmp 9600 Thermal Cycler, Provide an assay that utilizes Uracil-DNA glycosylase to minimize contamination. Provide an assay that utilizes the Linear Array CF-Gold Analyte specific Reagemt (ASR).Provide an assay that has the ability to detect! the benign delta F508 reflex polymorphisms. Provide am assay that gives results in 4.5 hours. Provides an assay that does not require Master's or Ph.D level education for any DNA sequencing. The Cystic Fibrosis ASR must be ACMG/ACOG and include no more or less markers than this recommendation requires. The Cystic Fibrosis ASR must include a single tube PCT amplification. Cystic Fibrosis detection for the ACMG mutation panel must be performed on a single linear array.
