Formatting and building Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), and hosting a Data Item Description (DID) database. Storing and managing CDRLs from several different contracts. Tracking CDRL submission status automatically, as well as, providing automatic e-mail notifications of submittal and response due dates. This will include a repository for the deliverables. Allows imports from third party databases. Provides for action item tracking across multiple programs. Track schedules and actual data submittals. Potential growth to provide for Configuration Management (CM) for configuration identification, change control, status accounting and audit support. This will include routing for on-line review, comment, and completion. Interface with Microsoft Office products. Providing for project management milestone, schedule and meeting minute management. The MACCS program office is responsible for project, logistics and configuration management of eleven fielded Command and Control (C2) weapon systems. In support of this effort multiple contracts are in place that collectively include hundreds of CDRLs. Additionally, numerous action items from meetings and conferences exist. The plan for this software package will be to host it on a Marine Corps server located aboard Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia.
