Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Leased Housing Developer Company, Parkersburg, WV, an upgrade to the Andover Monitoring System. In accordance with Lease No. GS-03B-0640, the Lessor (Leased Housing Developer Company) is responsible for the operation of the Bureau of the Public Debt mechanical/building systems and any upgrades to those systems. The Andover Monitoring System must support and connect to existing mechanical and electrical utilities set forth in the lease as well as work in conjunction with the Lessor/Building Owner?s own Andover Monitoring System. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements, and that it is more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response has not been received by 2:00 p.m. August 31, 2004, a sole-source award will be made to Leased Housing Developer Company.
