- Description
- The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) Procurement schedule has been revised to accommodate (1) a pre-solicitation conference; and (2) finalizing lease terms and conditions for the available site locations. Major procurement milestones are revised as follows: (1) Pre-solicitation Conference: tentatively scheduled for September 1, 2004 (at NASA HQ in Washington, DC); (2) Final RFP Release: on/about September 13, 2004; (3) Selection: early May 2005; (4) Award: Late May 2005. Offerors will have 8 weeks for preparation of proposals. The details for the pre-solicitation conference will be made available as soon as possible, in a subsequent fedbizopps posting. Potential Offerors are reminded that the NSSC procurement is a best value acquisition that includes use of the trade-off process as described in subsection 15.101-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
