Description
RFP - NIH VISUAL AND MEDICAL ARTS This is Amendment #5 to Solicitation/RFP No. 263-04-P(GK)-0032 for the National Institutes of Health?s (NIH) VISUAL AND MEDICAL ARTS A-76 STANDARD COMPETITION. The requirement for Visual and Medical Arts services include all management, supervision, administration, and labor to support the Visual and Medical Arts services identified in the performance based work statement. Drafts of the PWS were posted in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) on March 10th, April 8th, and June 23rd respectively under Reference No. VMA76lg-la04.The Visual and Medical Arts services will be provided at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland. These services are currently provided by government personnel and the following incumbent service provider: (1) International Development and Resources. The resulting contract will be for one 12-month base year with four 12-month options. This standard competition will comply with the new schedules mandated in the current OMB Circular A-76. Proposals in response to this RFP are due September 10, 2004. Oral presentations and discussions may be scheduled within a week to ten days of proposal submission. It is recognized that Circular A-76 requires very compressed proposal preparation schedules. The applicable and predominant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430 - Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of an average of $6.0 million dollars over the last 3 years. The NAICS code numbers 541922-Commercial Photography, and 512110 - Motion Picture and Video Production may also make up a portion of the requirement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP and all attachments. The Government will not provide printed copies. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the RFP and any amendments. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNDER REFERENCE NO. VMA76LG-LA04, BUT UNDER THE RFP NO. CITED HEREIN: [263-04-P(GK)-0032].
