Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for maintenance of the Simplex fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems at the Colmery O?Neil VA Medical Center, 2200 Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66622. The Government intends to negotiate with Simplex Grinnell for the furnishing of these services. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective October 1, 2004 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Request for quotation will be available on or about August 19, 2004. Due date for receipt of offers is September 15, 2004, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is September 22, 2004.
