Description

This Announcement revises the prior Announcement from a: ?Request For Proposal?; to a: ?Request for Quote?. The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidate Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 and FAR 13 to provide all parts, labor, materials, travel, and supervision necessary to provide preventative maintenance inspections and emergency service to maintain the government-owned ethylene oxide sterilizer system in good operating condition. These services will be provided to the VA Northern California Health Care System (Martinez California). The resulting Contract will be for a base year plus four (4) Option Years The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
