Description

Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for 20 acres of purple needlegrass seed-Tehema County ecotype and 15 acres of mixed grass seed to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications identified in the Request For Quote (RFQ) will be accepted. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 111998 with a size standard of $750,000. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive RFQ procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Please make sure that the RFQ is filled out accurately and completely. Offerors must complete FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1 Representations and Certifications and 52.219-1 Small Business Program Representation and submit with their quote. Quotes are due no later than 4:00 pm PST (1600) 31 August 2004. Offerors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
