- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. -- FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY04 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. -- Solicitation number F43S0341610200 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The magnitude of disclosure for this acquisition is less than $25,000 and is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 443112, with a size standard of 500 Employees. Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, transportation and administration necessary to provide and install a surveillance system in the Base Fitness Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Need. AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AT: www.ccr.gov/. The government will award the contract to the lowest price technically acceptable and reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions.
