Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91ZRS-04-Q-0021 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fede ral Acquisition Circular 24. This proposed contract is unrestricted. The Connecticut Army National Guard, AVCRAD Facility has the requirement for three (3) ultrasonic parts washers. A brand name or equal to TASC Masters manufactured by ES Industrial Cor poration meets the minimum specifications required by the government. The following is the minimum specification: 36inx28inx10in sink size; machine base with 40 gallon capacity; 74in height with light attached; loading height of 40in; solution capacity of 40 gallons; 5 GPM recirculating pump capacity; 300 GPH solution filtering; 1100 watt immersion hearer; 1000 watt 40KHz ultrasonic power; 20 AMP GFI electrical protection; 120 volts-60 HZ AC-20 AMP; all t-304 stainless steel construction 16 gauge tank and sink; stay put hose; flow through cleaning brush; belt skimmer with drain valve; heater indicator light; drain strainer; solution indicator lights; wheel with locking casters; air agitation system; front panel control of all functions; polished stainless s teel enclosure housing for solution tank and functional components; oil skimmer sparger bar; insulated solution tank. All equipment must be new and conform to all applicable standards and specifications. The Acquisition will be FOB Destination with deliv ery and acceptance point at Connecticut AVCRAD, 139 Tower Ave, Groton New-London Airport, Groton Connecticut 06340-5300. Delivery date shall be within 60 days of receipt of order. Award will be based on price of the base model with accessories.
