Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Duratek, Inc., Duratek Consolidation & Services Facility (DCSF) for disposal services of unwanted low-level radioactive waste (LLRW) located at DCSF. Subject LLRW is located at DCSF; tr ansportation of LLRW to DCSF is not applicable. Processing and packaging of subject LLRW was previously awarded and is not applicable. This procurement will be for disposal services only. All applicable permits and licenses are required. Any contract will be awarded under other than Full and Open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
