Description

Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for : ATS2000 Tourniquet Machine, P/N 600-2000-103 with credit refund of trade-ins, for USA MEDDAC, Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. When the ATS1500 is returned for credit refund. Requirement Include s : cuffs, hoses, stand and basket. Warranty 2 years parts and labor. Vendor will provide Service, Operator manuals, Video tape included at no charge. This system shall be brand name or equal and shall be FDA approved. The contracting officer may reque st proof of FDA certification. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, as a Small Business Set Aside.
