- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with Control Systems Analysis, 3848 Main Rd., Tiverton RI 02878-4851, on a sole source basis, for its services for Pilot Builds of Submarine Automated Electrolytic Oxygen Generator (AEOG) Interlocks ePSS pilot software including a data model, Submarine Electrolytic Oxygen Generator Interlocks ePSS pilot software including a data model, e-card development consisting 15 ISEA-validated and web-based eCards supporting the Submarine Maintenance Support Module (SMSM) for three Submarine systems comprised of 5 preventive maintenance tasks each using existing Navy content, program and progress reports of same. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15. Control Systems Analysis is the sole manufacturer of the required items. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price, service type contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 Augu! st 2004. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Numbered Note 22 applies.
