- THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking to pre-qualify firms for Construction of an USAID Annex on the grounds of the newly constructed Embassy Complex Kampala, Uganda. The project will consist of construction of the USAID Annex building based on design documents provided as part of the formal RFP package. The project may include perimeter security; pedestrian access control facilities; parking; and other site amenities...............This announcement is revised to allow prequalification of offerors with no overseas experience. Offerors responding to the previous announcement are not required to resubmit or respond to this revised announcement.
