Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center, Manhattan, Kansas, requires one new Near Infrared Analyzer. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF ANGIE DRUDIK @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-043-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO ANGIE DRUDIK @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 20, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 334516 with a small business size of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-043-82HW-04 which will be available on or about August 9, 2004. The anticipated award date is August 30, 2004, DEPENDING ON SUFFICIENT FUNDS OF AVAILABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
