Description

SYNOPSIS for Offutt AFB Project SGBP 02-0053, Construct Addition, B3996. The scope of this project consists of constructing an addition of approximately 3,000 square feet (SF) and renovating existing office space. The new area will consist of a storage and equipment distribution room and a conference room. Renovations to existing areas include office areas, and relocation of a kitchen and a supply room. The following general disciplines will be required for this project: masons, carpenters, framers, electrical, mechanical, plumbers, and finish trades. The performance period for this project is 270 days. All potential bidders are reminded of DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Drawings and Specifications will be made available only during a mandatory site visit currently scheduled for 7 September 2004 at 0900. NO SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS WILL BE MAILED OR POSTED. A special notice will be posted to this web site with specific instructions and submission deadlines for site visit attendance.
