Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bragg, NC intends to award a sole source award to Honeywell International, Inc., and through and on behalf of its Honeywell Building Solutions, P. O. Box 73721, Fort Bragg, NC 28307 to provide, certify, and install a Fire Alarm System in Building 1-1333, Fort Bragg, NC. Honeywell fire alarm systems are the only fire alarm systems installed at Fort Bragg. A Honeywell Receiver is located at the 911 Fort Bragg Emergency Center and no other system has the capability to transmit the code/ signal to the receiver. Due date for responses is 6 September 2004, 4:00 PM, EST. The Government intends to make the award to Honeywell International, Inc. after close of this notice. A determinatio n by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
