Description

The US Army Research Laboratory,Adelphi MD 20783, plans to issue a Solicitation for Preventive Maintenance Service for two Jeol Trasmission electron microscopes plus associated accessories, Models W/EFG JEM2010F Serial number 13872957 and the JEM2010 Serial number 13500920, for one year and three option years. the Govnment intends to solicit only one source, Jeol USA, INC 11 Dearborn Rd., PO Box 6043, Peabody MA 01960, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only One Responsible Source. The solicitation wi ll be posted to the Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competi tive proposals, however, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responeses to this notic e is solely within the discretion of the government. no telephone requests will be honored. See number note 22.
