Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration(NTIA), Institute for Telecommunication Sciences (ITS) has a requirement for an integrated project management system. NTIA/ITS requires the use of Microsoft Project Server software for core project management functions in conjunction with Share Point software for reporting to sponsors, team sites, collaboration, and document management via the web. Therefore, integration solutions shall be based on these software products and no substitutions will be considered. The awardee must be willing to grant NTIA/ITS an non-exclusive, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right to use whatever code is developed as part of this contract with ITS. The proposed procurement is a Small Business set aside. To be considered small business for this procurement, your company's annual average receipts cannot exceed $21,000,000. The award decision will be based upon the best value to the Government using technical merit, proven experience, implementation method, knowledge transfer and price. Interested sources may request a copy of the RFQ either by mail, fax or e-mail. The anticipated release date of the RFQ is August 16, 2004, and the anticipated due date for receipt of quote is August 30, 2004. This announcement is being issued under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions(NTE 100K). FAR Clauses in full text are available at http://www.ARNET.gov/far/. Any contractors doing business with the Government must now be registered with the Central Contractor Registry. The web site is http://www.ccr.gov/.
