IP addresses, user account names and other identifying information of the trader. 2. Is the database a direct copy of all Ebay and other search engines data, (unfiltered data)? Could further details be provided on the "Automatic batch shutdown notification to eBay? VeRO program"? Those details are proprietary to Ebay. 5. Regarding the statement "On demand history of customer activity log", does this refer to Ebay customers or USMC users of the search database provided by this project. Exlusivity granted by Ebay to the contractor. 12. If you meant agreement with eBay, would such an agreement need to be signed prior to submitting proposal or it can be done after award?
